rates for weddings, events, portraits & commercial work:

 

Events:

Parties: ( 75 guests and less ): $150 hour, This price includes editing time ( re-sizing, color correction, etc.). This price also includes your CD with all of your high quality, digital photographs. * Parties with more than 75 guests please contact for a quote * * If you would like your photographs in black & white in addition to color, there is an additional charge of $100.

Weddings: There are five packages available, however each package can be tailored to your needs.

First Wedding Package: $950- This Price includes

* photography of the ceremony preparation, ceremony, formals of wedding party, family, bride and groom,etc. and the entire reception.

* editing time after the wedding. Editing is re-sizing, color correcting if need be, etc (unfortunately this does not include the digital removal of scars, bug bites and other imperfections) these things can be minimized at an additional cost if needed.

*a disk containing all of your high resolution, color photographs ready for print. You can either have your pictures printed through Keira Lemonis Photography (print rates below) or you can bring them to any printer (even Staples, Kinkos, etc) and have them printed on your own.

Second Wedding Package: $1,050 - This Price includes

*Everything in the first package, but also includes your photographs in black and white in addition to color.

Third Wedding Package: $1,250 - This Price includes

*Everything in the first package, color and black and white photographs and an engagement photo session. *A $450 deposit is required for this wedding package*

Fourth Wedding Package: $1,300 - This Price includes

*Everything in the first package, color and black and white photographs and a modern, coffee table book style album, designed by Keira (choice of 8x10 or 11x13, limited to 40 pages. There will be an additional cost for any additional pages past 40). *A $450 deposit is required for this wedding package*

Fifth Wedding Package: $1,400 - This Price includes

*Everything in the first package, color and black and white photographs, an egagement photo session and a modern, coffee table book style album, designed by Keira (choice of 8x10 or 11x13, limited to 40 pages. There will be an additional cost for any additional pages past 40). *A $500 deposit is required for this wedding package*

* The options are endless.....

• If you would like an album made, they are available at an additional, quoted cost.
• a SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER is available at an additional, quoted cost.
• Visual Guest Book Available: What is this? It's when your photographer sets up a portable backdrop, at your reception location, and guests can have pictures taken, throughout the night, by a second, professional photographer who's attention is dedicated to the photo station. Ask about pricing.
• If there is an idea, that you have, Keira is happy to hear about it and discuss various options.

* Prints are always available to order in different sizes...please see the pricing for prints below *

* Keira is always willing to give a special quote for small, intimate or informal weddings with few guests*

Portrait Sessions: $95 (for color),$120(for both color and black/white) Portrait sessions are available both in studio or on location ( your home, a park, etc.). The price includes 45 minutes to an hour of shooting, editing time after your shoot (minimal light correction, re-sizing, etc) and a disc(s) with all of your high resolution images for you to keep. * remember prints are always available and must be ordered seperately, please see pricing for prints below * . This price assumes that one lives within NY's Capital District. If you request an on location portrait but live outside the area please contact for specific quote.

Commercial Photography: Full day rate- $800 (plus additional expenses), Half day rate- $450 (plus additional expenses)

Cost of Prints: 4x6-$1.50/per photo, 5x7-$5.00/per photo, 8x10-$10.00/per photo.

Deposit on Events and Weddings: $100 deposit required for all events, $300 deposit required for all weddings. A $450 deposit is required for the third wedding package. The deposit must be sent and cleared prior to the date of the event.

Deposit for On Location (not in the studio) Portrait Sessions: $25. Deposit must be sent and cleared prior to the date of the portrait session.

Payment: Payment is expected on the day of the job, for non-comercial clients. A deposit is required prior to the job and the remainder should be paid in full at the job. Cash or check is excepted.

* There is a $30 fee for all checks that do not clear at the bank.
